Dear NPact community,
We are Jeff Conn and Brian Greeley, the new co-owners and co-CEO’s of NPact (formerly Fusion Labs). We have backgrounds in technology investing and software development, and we acquired the company at the end of 2020. Our acquisition set in motion many great plans to grow NPact’s presence in the industry and enrich our offerings to our customers.
At the beginning of the year, we embarked on a virtual listening tour. We met with over half of our customers to understand key issues, and to answer the question – what could NPact do to help make your lives easier? We knew that the business we acquired was far from perfect, and that the path to achieving product quality, while also rebuilding our customer relationships, would be a multi-year journey.
We are no longer the old ‘Fusion Labs’ – in fact, over half of our team is new and has joined the company since the beginning of the 2021. We have retained some incredibly talented and vital team members, and we have also brought in new leadership to revamp our development, quality assurance, operations and business development teams.
Our vision for NPact is to create a best in class and comprehensive cloud-based grant management system. A system equipped with self-service reporting tools and one that integrates seamlessly with a range of customer relationship management and accounting systems. Our customers should be able to choose the partner systems that work best for their organization, and for those systems to share information between each other automatically in the cloud.
We are committed everyday to partnering with our customers to improve our solutions. As we enter the new year, we look forward to delivering a high-quality user experience and continuing to partner with our customers.
