As we look back on 2022, we are proud of what we have accomplished, the improvements we have made to our company, and the value we have provided our customers. For our team, 2022 was a substantial year of building and growth.
This spring, we went to market with NPact Consulting. We built a new business line and focused on improving customers’ day-to-day use of core technology systems. In our first year, we’ve helped over 300 organizations improve their fundraising, accounting, donor stewardship, and database integrity efforts.
In the fall, we released our first ever full-featured Foundation Cloud product suite. We also launched product integrations with Microsoft PowerBI and new CRM and accounting system partners, Salesforce and Sage Intacct, to provide current and new Foundation Cloud customers with additional options for software partners.
We also welcomed FIMS and DonorCentral customers to the NPact family, providing us with a passionate customer base that will allow us to make better software for our core markets.
As we look ahead to the new year, we will focus on improving the following core elements in our software products – security, donor experience, automation, and integrations. We look forward to sharing more detailed roadmaps for each product early next year.
As an organization navigating growth and change, we will never be perfect, but we strive to always be the most committed to helping you achieve your mission. Continuing on our journey to enhance, improve, and scale our products and services, will remain at the forefront of our mission in 2023.

Jeff’s son Sebastian was born a few weeks before Brian and Jeff acquired the company in 2020 and just turned two years old, so this time of year marks a milestone for the NPact family. Much like Sebastian, NPact is growing by leaps and bounds and is always exciting!
